This programme will be delivered by the successful partner to 400-500 of our practitioners who work in both a public law environment as Guardians in Care Proceedings; and in private law assessments as Family Court Advisers (FCAs). This will help us to continue to grow skilled and confident practitioners and reflect our commitment to a learning and development culture in Cafcass, which will help maintain and improve the delivery of front line services.
