The Contractor must comply with the requirements of all current editions of regulatory and statutory Acts and Frameworks that cover the Services undertaken. The Contractor shall be registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to receive and comply appropriately with Field Safety Notices and Medical Device Alerts. The Council proposes to enter into a contract for an initial period of 24 months with the successful tenderer.
