Free Schools Programme - Enabling the creation of good new Free Schools in areas of need. SEND - The SEND programme supports the achievement of the third group priority. It is based on two strands of work - the development and maintenance of the SEND Framework / toolkit and the delivery of the digital elements of the Delivering Better Value (DBV) major project. Each of these programmes may raise requirements relating to the DDaT GDS Job Families Digital, Data and Technology Profession Capability Framework - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
