This work will primarily involve collection of condition data using UKpms standard Detailed Visual Inspections (DVI) and full inventory survey on sections of the highway network as defined in the Service Specification (Appendix A). There is also a requirement to provide additional data analysis and related services. The successful tenderer must have their own UKpms accredited system to load in inventory, annual survey data and to produce reports and other information as required under this contract and detailed in the schedule of Rates.
