## Notice

Border Force (BF) is a Directorate of the Home Office. BF operate a fleet of five (5) Cutters. One of these Cutters, HMC Searcher, has a requirement for the installation of Bridge Wing Gyro Repeaters. They are to be fitted to both the port and starboard sides of the bridge The full package of works required is detailed in the attached Statement of Requirements. This contract will commence on 10th September 2019 and the work package is required to be undertaken between 10th September and 10th October 2019 in line with the Cutters Operational working pattern and area, following this sourcing exercise based on written quotation. Direct liaison with BF will be possible post award. The purpose of this notice is to make the Statement of Requirements available and to invite potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised written quotation for the work package. Those potential suppliers are invited to send an email to Ian McDermott, Home office Commercial: Ian.Mcdermott@homeoffice.gov.uk, confirming their interest in this opportunity, providing the itemised quotation, confirmation of yard availability on the stated dates and also confirmation of agreement to the Home Office Standard Short Form Services Terms and Conditions on which the contract will be awarded. (also attached for reference). Supplier submissions should be emailed to Ian McDermott at the address above by 23:59 hrs on Thursday the 5th September 2019.
