Phase 1 will focus on the research and scope of the project. Phase 2 will focus on concept development and implementation. Progression to Phase 2 of the project will be at the discretion of the Council following a robust review as a result of Phase 1, and the subsequent development of a full business case. The total contract value of this procurement exercise is a maximum of PS40K (excluding VAT). This estimation is subject to Phase 2 of the project progressing to delivery stage. Phase 1 is not expected to exceed PS15k, Phase 2 is not expected to exceed PS25K.
