## Notice

The new window and door sets are required to: - Protect the building from external conditions - Provide privacy and security - Improve acoustic performance as much as reasonably possible - Provide thermal insultation - Aid in the external fabric's resistance to spread of fire - Provide access to daylight and the balcony - Provide controllable ventilation - Resist wind loadings and provide protection from falling and impact
