## Notice

Torbay Council is seeking to purchase the delivery and co-ordination of the Mentors in Violence Prevention (MVP) Programme alongside education providers in Torbay, with a focus on children in key stages 2 and 3. The Torbay Community Safety Partnership made the decision to allocate a proportion of the funding allocated to Torbay to implement the Mentors in Violence Prevention Programme in education settings, to improve culture and support safe and effective challenging of, and speaking out against, all forms of bullying, violence and abusive behaviour in a safe and appropriate way. Please refer to the Tender documents for full details of the requirements. Additional information: In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the Tender Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the 'Opportunities' Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal, at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk In order to access amendable versions of the Documents and to submit a response, Applicants must be registered as Suppliers on ProContract.
