The estimated annual value of the Project is PS45,000 and PS135,000 over the duration of the agreement. The plan is to divide the provision of the service into THREE LOTS, as described below. LOT 1 WMHG Offices about PS7,000 per annum (P.A) and PS21,000 over the Contract duration LOT 2 WMHG Domestic Properties about PS28,000 P.A and PS84,000 over the Contract duration. LOT 3 WMHG Domestic Properties about PS10,000 P.A and PS30,000 over the Contract duration. However, WM Housing Group reserves the right to combine and / or let these Lots in the way most beneficial to the Group and its customers.
