Essex County Council and East Sussex County Council working in partnership across Essex, South Essex and East Sussex, seeks a provider/s to deliver the 'South East INVEST' Inward Investment Service, with the aim of increasing trade and attracting investment in to these areas. The Council's supplier portal, "i supplier" will be used throughout the procurement process, and all communications with Essex County Council and East Sussex County Council relating to this procurement exercise must be via the supplier portal message system. Instructions on how to register for and use the system and access the information is provided at the following address http://www.essex.gov.uk/Business-Partners/Supplying-Council/Pages/Supplier-portal.aspx. Suppliers Instructions: How to Express Interest in this Tender: Applicants must first ensure they are registered to i- supplier. Once registration is complete you will be able to search for this opportunity using negotiation number 33001 as detailed in the Bidding Guidance available via the hyperlink provided above. Once you have been invited to the project all communication will need to be via the project message board. An OJEU notice has been published for this opportunity reference: OJ S : 2017/S 024-041693 Additional information: The Council's supplier portal, "i supplier" will be used throughout the procurement process, and allcommunications with Essex County Council and East Sussex County Council relating to this procurementexercise must be via the supplier portal message system. However, if the information is requested Essex County Counciland East Sussex County Council may be obliged to under FOIA and/or EIR to disclose such information,irrespective of the supplier's wishes.
