The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint to the Council a single Concessionaire to operate and manage Carfax Tower, and also promote it as a prime visitor attraction for the Council and as part of a cultural quarter. The Council will be seeking an annual income from this Agreement. This Contract Term is 3 years with the option of a 1 year extension Service Commencement Date: 1st April 2018 The Authority is using ProContract to carry out this procurement process.
