To provide licensed and non-licensed Asbestos Removal services (planned and responsive) within void and tenanted properties, throughout the district of North East Derbyshire. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated works, including; notifications, design, planning, appointments, method statements, risk assessments and all associated CDM requirements to regulatory standards. Rykneld Homes is seeking a contractor to deliver the asbestos removal work that will be required as part of general repairs and refurbishment works to void and occupied properties. The contract length is for 2 years, with an option to extend for 1+1years (dependant on performance) All contractors must have a licence issued by the HSE to undertake licensable work with asbestos. This must be a 3-year licence.
