As a minimum requirement, all bidders must have acted in the capacity of an Employers Agent for either a Local Authority or Registered Social Landlord on two schemes in the last two years. The services provided are to be in line with the 'Employers Agent Schedule of Services' and 'Project Brief' which will form the agreement.
