## Notice

Raising of the public highway by around 1.0m at the north end of Gossmore Lane, Marlow to create a ramp approximately 45m long tying into the A404 embankment, and local footpath raising at a Network Rail pedestrian crossing of the Marlow branch railway line. Highway works will be carried out under Section 278 agreement with Transport for Buckinghamshire and rail works under agreement with and supervision of Network Rail, both agreements will be obtained by the Environment Agency. It is likely there will be an opportunity for a site visit during the tender period. The aim is to award an NEC ECSC by the end of April 2015.
