To also include building surveying, quantity surveying, M&E and structural and civil services. This is a design and build contract so an estimate of the build cost is also required. Additional information: The submission of the quotation should be based on the attached tender specification and the build cost. It should be noted that the Town Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation it receives. Preference will be given to local contractors. References - bidding contractors will supply three names and addresses for reference purposes.
