## Summary

The procurement process, initiated by NOE-CPC, focuses on the "Provision of Supplementary Healthcare Services" and falls under the health services industry category. This open procedure is currently active and will conclude the tender period on 3rd May 2019. The contract will commence on 1st June 2019 and run for four years until 31st May 2023. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses within the healthcare sector, particularly those specialising in supplementary care services. Companies that provide medical imaging services or miscellaneous health services would be well-suited to compete for this contract. With the requirement for compliant supplementary solutions to ensure the delivery of patient care, businesses that can meet the KPIs of NHS Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, and CCGs are encouraged to engage in this tender process, potentially expanding their market presence and capabilities in the public health sector.

## Notice

NHS Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and CCG's may have a requirement for fully compliant supplementary solutions for the delivery of patient care to help ensure Participating Authorities' Key Performance Indicators are maintained. This may involve, from time to time, working with external providers to assist in meeting this need both on NHS Trust premises and on provider premises. This framework agreement seeks to assist in meeting that need, across two lots: Lot One: Supplementary Healthcare provided on Provider Premises Lot Two: Supplementary Healthcare provider on Trust Premises Within each of these lots, there are a number of specialisms (sub-lots). Bidders are able to submit responses for one or both Lots and any number of specialism sub-lots within these. However, acceptance onto the framework agreement for one lot/specialism sub-lot does not guarantee acceptance onto any other Lot/specialism sub-lot for which you are submitting a response. As such, each submission must be a standalone offer, available for acceptance independently of any other Lot/specialism sub-lot for which you are bidding.
