The established Framework of Specialist Skills Providers will allow the College quick access to a pre-selected, sustainable and reliable group of organisations who will offer high quality delivery for the Specialist Skills Support Programme (SSSP) and Business Scale Up Development Programme (BSUP). The skills training and consultancy support required for delivery falls into the below LOTs for this Tender: o LOT 1 - Consultancy Support and Advice to Improve HR Processes (SSSP Only) o LOT 2 - Accredited and/or Non-Accredited Bespoke Skills Training (SSSP Only) o LOT 3 - Accredited and/or Non-Accredited Bespoke Skills Training in Leadership & Management (BSUP Only) o LOT 4 - Leadership & Management Coaching/Consultancy (BSUP Only) o LOT 5 - Basic Skills Delivery (BSUP & SSSP) Each applicant will be required to identify which LOTs they are able to deliver.
