The aim of this contract is the appointment a Project Management Consultant to: * Develop a Project Plan for the Sheltered Housing Review * Implement the Project Plan * Tender and appoint an Architect using an OJEU process * Identify a mechanism to appoint a Builder * Tender and appoint a Builder * Manage the build process Last requests for documents will be the 29th August 2019, with tenders to be returned by 12 Noon on the 10th September 2019.
