If the referral is accepted, the patient will have a first appointment within a maximum of 12 weeks, from the initial referral. Aims and objectives of service: The aims and objectives of the service: * To provide patients with a high quality one stop Primary Care Vasectomy Service offering counselling, treatment and post-operative care in a setting close to home, key focus on improving access via choice and patient convenience * Improving patient experience, clinical outcomes and robustness of Vasectomy Services * Develop and enhance Patient Pathways within Primary Care * Appropriately manage demand in Primary Care * To ensure that 18 week referral to treatment targets are met * Promote the development of specialisation in primary care The contract will be three years. The estimated value for the three year contract duration is PS324,000. Please note as this is an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) there is no guarantee of activity or income.
