This Framework Tender will consist of two Lots: Lot 1, Clerks of Works for Building Services Duties. Lot 2, Clerks of Works for Building and Civil Engineering Duties. The framework agreement will be made available for use by HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities (for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015).
