Tenders should be submitted on the tender document attached and received no later 5pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2022. Late returns will not be considered. The supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for preparation of the tender submission. All costs, expenses and liabilities by the supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the form of tender and pricing schedule shall be borne by the supplier. Tenders should be a hard copy, by post only and clearly marked 'Perton Jubilee Allotments'. It is anticipate that this project will commence as soon as a contractor is appointed.
