The Adviser team will work with the chair of the Improvement Board to diagnose the key causes of failure, agree priorities and provide a clear and sustained focus on the areas for improvement; and ensure independent oversight of progress in line with agreed improvement plans. They will bring their extensive and proven skills in children's social care transformation to help embed a sustainable programme of change to services for the most vulnerable children throughout the organisation.
