Please note this contract is being let as a Concession Contract Concession of which the value falls under PCR threshold for Concession Contract. This is a new venture that the Council are currently not providing in the market and therefore are unable to provide a suitable anticipated value to this concessionary contract. The value of the contract for the Supplier and Council will be based upon the level of uptake from verified venues through Leicestershire Registration Service.
