## Notice

The intention is to reflect the previous intake enlargement exercise at the school and to utilise the SMBF to appoint a contractor on a turn-key basis to deliver the build phase of the project for the equivalent of RIBA Stages 4 to 7. The design phase is already concluded as the contractor will be delivering a standard Framework product: * Location: Noremarsh Junior School at Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire * Scope: Manufacture & construction of a standard single classroom with toilets
