## Notice

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the Commissioners, NHS England (NHSE), would like to invite interested Providers, to take part in a market engagement event to inform how a pilot (new, test) service is commissioned. NHSE would like to commission a small-scale pilot, Reducing Violence Against Primary Care Staff - Patient Rehabilitation Programme service, initially delivered within one Integrated Care System (ICS). We would like the successful supplier to work with us to agree the details of the programme. A brief introduction to the pilot service is as follows: To look at addressing the increase in violent or aggressive behaviour against NHS staff, our intention is to pilot a small-scale rehabilitation programme on an opt-in basis for both patients who have been placed in the Special Allocation Scheme and patients who have received a warning letter advising that due to their behaviour. This programme intends to adopt a trauma informed approach in order to ensure it meets the complex needs of some patients. We wish to work with a supplier to understand how best to deliver the programme in an effective and safe manner. We would encourage suppliers to incorporate opportunities for attendees to engage actively in the training and provide their view, enabling a two-way process, throughout the pilot. The purpose of this event is to allow Providers to hear about and give feedback on the new concept of service, as well as networking with other Providers. This engagement is taking place via Microsoft Teams on the afternoon of 4th January 2023, and all Providers are welcome to join (there is no limit on numbers). To register for the event, we kindly ask that you send the following details to agem.procurementconsultancy@nhs.net, by no later than 5pm 30th December 2022: - Names - Email address(es) - Job title(s) - Organisation name(s) (please make sure you have permission to register others from another organisation) - If you would like your details being made available for other organisations* You will be sent a calendar invite with further instructions how to join using Microsoft Teams. *Your details will be stored by AGCSU and NHSE, and then shared with all who register for this market engagement event; your details may then be published with any tender exercise, so that other organisations can contact you should they wish. Additional information: Responding to this advert, registering to take part in this engagement or registering your interest does not commit any Provider to taking part in any anticipated procurement process or count as a formal expression of interest. This advert also does not commit the Commissioners to continuing this project and / or publishing any procurement or tendering process(es). Please note that due to the anticipated value, this event and any resulting service is NOT being advertised utilising the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) (as amended).
