## Notice

AWARD ONLY Due to the termination of the current Frozen Food contract by mutual agreement. The Authority requires the emergency supply of Frozen Food across the Authority for business continuity and supplying all the school meals across the Borough as well as supply of school meals outside of the Borough within current contracts. A procurement solution was agreed involving Procurement, Legal and Catering. After an emergency procurement exercise the most advantageous provider with best value including the most cost effective solution has been awarded using the suppliers which tendered on the original tender submissions .
