## Notice

The Provision of High quality HCPs to conduct Work Capability Assessments (WCAs) for Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and Universal Credit (UC) disability components including pilot and research activities (if required); and -Specialist HCP's to perform audit activity of the output of HCPs and to provide clinical advice to support Decision Makers The Authority wants to retain existing levels of service, knowledge and resource and shall expect the Provider to have a strategy in place to achieve this aim. The Authority is considering the possible use of IACs and additional HCPs in the delivery of functional assessments and services which may be required by the Authority from time to time in future, including but not limited to: PIP assessments which may necessitate the recruitment of additional resource, potentially in different locations; other initiatives e.g. assessment related research work activity
