Further competition under the Dynamic Purchasing System DPS for Housing for People with Care and Support Needs Ref:DN50251 for: Five tenancies in a shared unit of accommodation in Clipstone Village, Mansfield.The tenancies are required for five younger adults 16-65+ with their primary care and support needs related to Learning and Physical disability. The first tenancies in this accommodation are required to start before the 30th March 2022. Tenancies will be for 10 years with potential to extend for up to a further 15 years. The Council is entering into a nomination and void's agreement with a Housing Provider in respect of this accommodation.
