The works are required to ensure that the tenant farmer has suitable accommodation to store this year's harvest from approximately Mid-July 2018. The priority will be to ensure that the works to the Dutch barns are completed before this date. It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. The site is a working farm and access must be pre-arranged. Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection.
