The contract is to include the following activities: * Provision of staff for mobile patrols * Keyholding and alarm response duties * Investigation and verification of alarms including fire * Open / close / lock/ unlock activities at a range of locations * Critical location guarding and access control * Asset Protection guarding and access control * Temporary Asset protection * Control Room staffing and CCTV monitoring * Car Park monitoring and control * First Aid support * Emergency and Evacuation duties * Incident reporting and design / maintenance of Assignment Instructions * Conducting Security Risk Assessments of all locations * Provision of a uniformed security service in compliance with legal and statutory constraints * Supply of ad hoc and emergency uniformed security personnel * Regular deployment of General-Purpose Dogs with trained handlers * Supervision and Management of SIA licensed personnel Additional information: All Manchester City Council opportunities are advertised via the Online Portal called the Chest.
