We believe a joined up and cohesive offer will ensure our residents are clear about how they can access help early and prevent issues escalating. * Provision of domestic abuse services. * Support for adults with wide ranging, often complex needs. * Provision of short-term practical support in and around someone's home environment. * Provision of short-term support to enable people to engage with their communities, by participation in social activities and groups, volunteering and employment. * An enabling service for the range of preventative services providing volunteer drivers for people who are unable to use public transport, and accessible and group transport for those who need it. * Carer Assessments and Support Services. * Drug and Alcohol services. * Smoking Cessation and Tier 2 Adult and Family Weight Management.
