The alterations will involve fit out, forming of a new opening for a new leaf and a half doorset and associated mechanical and electrical works. The works include, but are not limited to; minor demolition, construction of new walls, internal glazing, specialist mechanical and electrical installations for extraction and ventilation, new floor coverings, reconfiguration of power / data and decorative works throughout.
