The Contract will last for the period of the project commencing September 2021 for a period of 6 months. The works consists of the following: o The stripping out and re-roofing of the pitched slate roofs over the Board Room and manager's flat o Associated rainwater and gutter repairs o Repair of the front fa?ade o Making good of internal historical finishes o The repair of the stained-glass windows o Lighting and electrical upgrades o Possible temporary roofing due to the works taking place during autumn/winter The contract will be awarded to a single supplier.
