There are currently 12 locations (for 17 vehicles in total) in the Royal Borough of Kingston and 10 locations (for 11 vehicles in total) in London Borough of Sutton, however the Council would like to develop the offer with providers during the term of this contract This operates as a concession contract with the successful car club suppliers retaining the hire fees, but it is below the concession threshold. Bidders should be able to support both the public and corporate users. Bidders should review the specification for further details of the requirements of this contract.
