This will be split into four supported accommodation pathways for homeless single adults: * Pathway 1: Men only; * Pathway 2: Mixed: men and women; * Pathway 3: Women only; * Pathway 4: Substance use (including specialist abstinent-based accommodation). NOTE: There is a separate award notice for Pathway 4, linked below. To be eligible, prospective contractors must: * Own accommodation AND be a Registered Provider of Social Housing; OR * Own accommodation AND be in the process of applying to become a Registered Provider of Social Housing; OR * Lease accommodation from a Registered Provider of Social Housing. Accommodation must be: * Furnished, one-bedroom units within self-contained properties, shared houses or blocks of accommodation. * Within the geographical boundary of Bristol (i.e. cannot be in neighbouring authorities); * Available from 28 October 2024 for a period of at least 3 years. An expression of interest was run to identify suitable providers which closed on 11/03/2024 (the link to this expression of interest is contained in this notice).
