## Notice

The advocacy service provides: * Deprivation of liberty safeguards advocacy which will become (Liberty Protection Safeguards advocacy) * Paid representative advocacy * Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy * Advocacy provided under the Care Act 2014 * Independent Mental Health Advocacy * Advocacy for NHS complaints * Generic advocacy The contract term is an initial 3 years with 2 optional extension periods of 12 months, taking the total contract term of 5 years.
