## Notice

The mobilisation of the new providers in each lot has been and continues to be challenging due to limited capacity in the sector and concerns regarding the quality of provision in some areas. The Council and its commissioning partners wish to consider how the future domiciliary care market can be fully developed to meet the health and care needs of the local population.
