## Summary

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has completed the procurement process for a "Retrofit Programme Manager" in the energy-management services category. The tender, classified under CPV codes 71314200 and 71314300, was conducted through a selective procurement method, specifically a call-off from a framework agreement. This consultancy service, valued at £43,076.95, will be carried out in the West Midlands region with a contract period starting from 1st September 2024 to 31st March 2025. The award was finalised on 2nd September 2024, and the successful supplier is Auriga Associates Ltd.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in energy efficiency and construction project management, particularly those with a strong focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). SMEs with experience in managing large-scale retrofit programmes and a demonstrable track record in compliance and best practices will find this tender highly advantageous. Businesses accredited with RICS and familiar with UK legislation related to achieving Net Zero will be well-poised to compete for similar future opportunities with WMCA.
