Although a potential start date of 1 April 2024 has been provided, should a successful Supplier have the infrastructure in place to provide the services earlier, then the commencement date will be brought forward. Alternatively, to allow for mobilisation, the Authority shall also consider a delayed start of contract, however, in this event, this must commence by 1 June 2024 at the very latest. Therefore, the proposed Contract will be for a period of between 10 months to 12 months (dependent on Service Commencement Date) with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 24 months to 31 March 2027 at the very latest. Submissions must be received by 12:00 noon on 31 January 2024 at the very latest via the EastMidsTenders portal: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/index.html. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted.
