A Better Start Southend is inviting quotation proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations with good local knowledge to develop our coproduction model. This includes the development of: 1. A Coproduction Strategy 2. A volunteering opportunities and training Map and Review of the current offer 3. A Community Innovation Grant model and process 4.
