CAL has managed the Airport since April 2007. It is responsible for all services at the Airport - these include air traffic control, fire and rescue, passenger handling, security, dispatch, airside services, air traffic engineering and maintenance, business and commercial, property management, training etc. CAL wishes to enter into a single 3 year contract with an option to extend for a further 2 years for a passenger Ground Transportation Service to and from Cornwall Airport Newquay.
