## Notice

The site has an area of approximately 5.96 acres (2.41 hectares). An appeal on a previous refusal for outline planning to construct 68 dwellings was allowed in September 2016 confirming the potential for of residential use (68 dwellings). We are approaching firms, to ask for fee proposals and supporting information to carry out marketing and completion of any sale instructed on the Council's behalf.
