## Summary

The procurement process involves Homes England, in collaboration with Birmingham City Council, seeking contractors for asbestos removal, demolition, and site reclamation works at the former City North Campus in Perry Barr, Birmingham. This contract has a total value of £3 million, with a minimum value of £2.5 million, and the contract period is scheduled to run from 3rd June 2018 to 30th September 2019. The tender period concluded on 6th April 2018, and the procurement process is classified under the CPV code for demolition, site preparation, and clearance work.

This project presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in demolition and hazardous waste management, particularly those with experience in asbestos removal.
