Brief description: We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative person to join our professional, high-performing Resourcing team for up to 3 months. As an Assistant Resourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Resourcing activities. You will cover aspects of recruitment such as advertising roles on relevant jobs boards, processing clearances and on-boarding, you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. You must have experience of working within a busy administrative environment and you must be able to show how you deliver excellent customer service. You will need to: * Have an administrative background * Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to be an effective HR professional * Show willingness to learn * Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent * Excellent knowledge of ICT packages This role is 37 hours working from home but may be a requirement to work from Sandwell Council House occasionally.
