The material shall have a mean density of not less than 2,400kg/m3 and be crushed with 95% of the pieces falling within the size range of 300-800mm. 50% of the pieces shall fall within the size range 300-500mm. The supplier may propose an alternative to the above revetment for consideration by the Engineer but this must be returned alongside a tender compliant with the Specification.
