We will put in place a call off contract with a single provider to provide the services outlined. The Head of UK Delegation (HOD) to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute will lead and guide the UK Delegation and thus will effectively be representing the UK. The UK delegation is composed of ETSI members who have registered the UK as their place of operation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
