It is envisaged that service delivery will be in a range of settings across the borough of Rotherham and shall provide a consistently high evidence based level of service delivery to: - To support consistency of care to patients; - To reduce the attendance of patients at the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre; - Prevent people from developing lower limb ulceration; - Improve healing rates of wounds and leg ulcers; - Reduce risk of wound infection; - Reduce recurrence rates of leg ulcers; - Improve patient's quality of life and experience Patients will have access to care by confident and competent health care professionals.
