## Notice

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a suitable contractor capable of the following: The project generally consists of the following: Strip out and replace existing LTHW emitters within the original building as indicated on the tender drawings. Commission and test the whole installation. Carry out all necessary builders works and electrical works as required to complete the installation. Site visits are permitted and can be arranged by contacting Andy Rutherford (CDL): andy.rutherford@concertus.co.uk Welfare facilities are not available at this site, the contractor is to include this within their tender costs.
