A Summary of the Services required are as follows: - Support with the design and implementation of a communications plan to support the launch and embedding on the Councils new Values and Behaviours Framework Design. - Design and deliver a comprehensive staff and management training programme to support the embedding of the new Values and Behaviours framework within 1:1s and the annual Professional Development Review (PDRs) programme. - Produce a final report on the activities undertaken, their results and feedback with suitable analysis to inform recommendations which officers may make to the Senior Leadership Team.
