The tender will comprise of four lots: Lot 1 - Civil Engineering Measured Term Contract, Lot 2 - Road Surfacing Measured Term Contract, Lot 3 - Street Lighting Measured Term Contract, and Lot 4 - Road Marking Measured Term Contract. Suppliers may bid for any of the lots. The Highways Maintenance Contract is anticipated to commence in July 2020 for a four-year term with the optional performance-related extension of a further four years (two separate two year extension periods) up to 2028.
